We are mainly a cash based practice but we do take the following insurances: Anthem & Cigna. However, we are NOT in network with HIP, Medicare, Medicaid, and MDWise.

No-shows and no-call appointments will be charged the full amount of the service missed. Call prior to your appointment to cancel or re-schedule.
